Samantha Serak joined Balanced Environments in 2024 as a Sales Assistant and has since grown into a dual role supporting both the sales team and branch operations. As Sales Assistant and Branch Administrator, she manages a variety of administrative and operational tasks including data entry, reporting, accounts receivable, crew time entry, and snow billing support.
Samantha’s primary focus is ensuring the sales team and branch operations run smoothly by handling the behind-the-scenes work that allows others to focus on client relationships and business growth. She is known for her reliability, adaptability, and ability to remain calm and optimistic in fast-paced environments.
She attended the College of Lake County, where she earned an Associate’s Degree. Samantha enjoys being part of a strong team environment and values efficiency, organization, and continuous learning as she grows within the landscape industry.
