Juan “Manny” Saldana Maintenance Supervisor
Juan "Manny" Saldana began his career in the landscape industry in 2005 and joined BE in April 2016 as a Maintenance Laborer. Through his dedication and strong work ethic, he quickly advanced to Maintenance Supervisor in 2017.
In his current role, Manny manages field crews, oversees job site operations, and ensures all work meets BE’s high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. His leadership focuses on delivering exceptional results while maintaining a safe environment for both team members and equipment. Above all, Juan is committed to customer satisfaction and takes pride in consistently exceeding client expectations.
Manny enjoys working outdoors and appreciates the variety that comes with each season and project. As a supervisor, he values mentoring his team—helping crew members grow their skills and ensuring every job is completed correctly. He holds certificates in Mastering Foremanship and Field Staff Skills, both earned in 2017, which reflect his commitment to professional development and leadership in the field.
Manny believes that successful landscape management balances beauty, functionality, and sustainability to create outdoor spaces that everyone can enjoy. One of his proudest professional moments is seeing a project come full circle—transforming a space and leaving clients genuinely happy with the results. His passion for the industry stems from his love of working outdoors and the satisfaction of improving the appearance of properties through hard work and teamwork. And while he takes his work seriously, Manny also brings a fun side to the team—most notably winning the 2021 Bean Bag Tournament at a BE managers and supervisors outing in Lombard.
