Daniel Glidden Branch Manager - Milwaukee
With more than four decades of experience in the landscape industry, Daniel Glidden brings a deep understanding of operations, people, and environmental stewardship to their role as Branch Manager of the Milwaukee office. He began his career in the landscape industry in 1984 and joined BE in 2025.
In this position, Dan leads daily branch operations with a strong focus on growth, and safety. His responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing P&L and budgeting, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across the branch. What he values most about his role is collaborating with the team around a shared vision and unified goals for the branch’s success.
Dan has been recognized within the industry for excellence, earning a Gold Award for Native Prairie Management on a college campus project. Mr. Glidden's professional philosophy centers on sustainability, functionality, and effective water retention, aligning environmental responsibility with long-term performance.
One of his proudest professional accomplishments is maintaining over a 96% customer retention rate year after year, a testament to his commitment to service quality and client relationships. Dan holds a Law Enforcement degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, which has helped shape his disciplined, safety-focused leadership style.
Outside of work, Mr. Glidden is actively involved in the community, volunteering with a Homeless Shelter and Make-A-Wish, and is passionate about making a positive impact both environmentally and socially. His decision to pursue a career in landscaping was driven by a love of working outdoors and the opportunity to create meaningful, lasting environmental benefits.
