Brittany Martin Account Manager
Brittany Martin joined Balanced Environments in 2026 as an Account Manager, bringing with her a diverse background in landscape administration, snow operations, estimating, payroll, human resources, accounts payable and receivable, and customer service. Having worked in the green industry since 2018, Brittany's experience spans nearly every aspect of landscape and snow management, giving her a unique understanding of both field operations and client expectations.
As an Account Manager, Brittany's primary focus is building strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service. She believes every client deserves to be treated with the same honesty, respect, and care she would expect for her own family. By listening carefully to each property's goals and challenges, she provides thoughtful recommendations and transparent options that help clients make informed decisions while ensuring their landscapes receive the attention they deserve.
Brittany earned her Illinois General Standards Fertilizer License in 2020 and has continually expanded her industry knowledge by embracing opportunities to learn every aspect of the business. Throughout her career, she has proudly worn "many hats," believing that understanding every service the company provides allows her to better educate clients and support her teammates.
One of Brittany's proudest professional accomplishments came early in her career when she volunteered to work alongside snow removal crews while also coordinating overnight dispatch operations. During her five years in the landscape industry, she was the only female employee performing commercial snow removal, operating plows and completing shoveling routes in addition to managing logistics. Her dedication to quality, teamwork, and efficiency earned recognition from a CIBC Bank branch, which praised her team for providing the most professional and efficient snow removal service the property had experienced.
Prior to joining Balanced Environments, Brittany was also recognized for developing and implementing company-wide standard operating procedures that improved efficiency and consistency across multiple branches.
Brittany attended Joliet Junior College and continues to grow her expertise through hands-on experience and a genuine passion for the green industry. What began as an opportunity to manage the office for a landscaping company quickly evolved into a career she truly enjoys. Today, she is driven by helping clients succeed, supporting her team, and building lasting relationships founded on trust, communication, and exceptional service.
