Attend BOMA/Chicago’s first event of 2026, the TOBY Gold Circle Awards Gala! Join us at Hyatt Regency Chicago on February 4th to recognize the best of the best in the commercial real estate industry. The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) awards recognize quality and excellence in building management, and the Gold Circle Awards honor individual excellence.
