Training and Awards at BE!

At BE we host continuous employee training throughout all facets of the company. Last week we hosted a successful combined meeting including sales, production and administrative staff.

Snow is right around the corner

Susan Bradley our Human Resources Manager, provided an update on staffing and procedures. We strive to keep communication, procedures and reporting clear and concise.

Several employees were recognized with awards for sales development and performance. Our BE team is dedicated and growing. We are proud to announce we have hired four new BE team members in the month of October. Please follow our social media accounts to meet our employees on Mondays (#MeetTheTeamMondays).

Thank you to Gilmore Marketing Concepts for sponsoring our meeting. We greatly enjoyed a lunch buffet at Crust Brewing in Rosemont. At the conclusion of the meeting we had a small “Octoberfest” with beer flights. We enjoyed the accommodations, delicious food and beverages.

Never under estimate the benefit of internal networking. With five branch locations spread around greater Chicago land (Old Mill Creek, Lombard, Chicago, Plainfield and Milwaukee) we greatly appreciate meeting as a group, in-person, three times a year.

Throughout the year Balanced Environments hosts many fun corporate events. From golf outings, to an annual bags contest, BBQ lunches on our front lawn and giveaway contests. Our culture is to play hard and work hard as a team.
