SUMMARY:2023 Summer Field Day
DESCRIPTION:The Illinois Sports Turf Managers Association is excited to announce our annual Summer Field Day will be held at Halas Hall on July 11th\, from 9am-2pm.  Vendors have the opportunity to purchase booth space located around the practice fields\, and attendees will be able to visit the vendors to see equipment and talk about products and services.  We will also have scheduled 15 minute presentations throughout the day that give our vendors a more in depth opportunity to discuss their products.   \nWe are also thrilled to be including the membership base of the Midwest Institute of Park Executives for this event.  This will serve as the July meeting for MIPE\, but all tickets will be sold through the ILSTMA website\, and can be purchased on this page.   \nEvent Details \nWhen: July 11th\, 9am-2pm\nWhere: Halas Hall\nTickets:\nAttendees: $30\nIncludes light breakfast and lunch\nVendor Booth: $250\nMust bring own tent\, table\, chairs\, etc\nSpace for 2-3 pieces of equipment surrounding the booth\n15 minute Presentation (limit 5): $150\nWe are trying to avoid repeat presentations on similar topics (i.e. multiple line painters). If your presentation is deemed to be a repeat\, you may be contacted and refunded.\nEvent Sponsor: $500\nRecognition on website\, emails and during the event \nWith this event being held at Halas Hall just before training camp\, the ability to demo equipment will likely be limited.
