Jason Seebacker

Jason Seebacker is our top Northern Illinois territory salesman that has a major role in keeping BE’s top line growing. He is highly involved in IREM and sits on multiple committees within that organization.

Eric Carlson

Eric Carlson

Eric Carlson has done such a good job selling in Wisconsin, that we are looking to open our fifth branch in the Milwaukee area this year. Eric holds BE’s largest portfolio and is a customer service and communications dynamo with all of his clients.

Jordan Frank

Jordan Frank

Jordan Frank has been with BE since 2013. He took time off to be a stay-at-home dad during COVID while his kids had online schooling, then he came back to BE and continues to be a huge part of our growth and development brining in new businesses.

Judy Short

Judy Short is in our Plainfield branch and has been integral on BE’s Naperville tornado relieve grant assistance. She has been phenomenal in helping Naperville neighborhoods get back on their feet through the restoration of private residential yards, removing glass and other tornado damage from the turf, soils and planting beds. This contract may be the largest BE has ever received.

John Ploss

John Ploss

John Ploss is BE’s creative backbone and tenured Project Manager. He is the landscape architect that is responsible for such beautiful award-winning spaces as the Lake County Corporate Facility, Riverpoint Place in Chicago, and Covenant Living of Northbrook. John does all BE’s hand drawings and architectural renderings. He is a pro at engineering calculations and the management of huge rooftop garden designs including Metropolitan Place and the Lizzadro Museum.

Jim Benecke

Jim Benecke

Jim Benecke started as a Tree Technician back when BE was Church Landscaping, he will finish his career and retire from BE at the end of 2023 as one of our best Account Managers. Jim is a wealth of horticultural knowledge, personable and able to answer most landscape questions with excitement. Jim is still excited to come to work every day and work with our clients.

Norm Kleber

Norm Kleber

Norm Kleber is an Account Manager and turf Specialist. Anything turf, ask Norm. He has been the President of the IPLCA and is very active in the IAPD, MIPE, WPRA, IGIA and the NALP. Every year Norm is a part of the Renewal and Remembrance group that cleans up Arlington National Cemetery and other National grounds around Washington DC.

All of these amazing BE team members have had a major role in keeping BE’s top line growing by double digits and our clients happy and loyal.
